This 18 unit apartment building was designed to be compact while efficiently maximizing the use of space. The units are light filled with oversized operable windows to take advantage of cross ventilation for natural, passive cooling strategies. The building contains an array of studio, one and two bedroom units with spacious kitchen and living room spaces.
